Bat Signal

For my final pieces I had decided that to make a obvious connection to batman i needed to design and make my own bat signal.
This I had been created in Adobe Illustrator


I started off by creating a circle.

 Then I created the light beam for the signal with the pen tool. I then coloured in circle with a light grey to look like the top.

For the light beam I chose to use a gradient colour so it faded out at the bottom to look like the actual signal.

the last thing i had to do was make the batman logo shape this I done by using one of my drawings of the logo and then tracing it over with the pen tool.
